We hope you’ll join us in San Angelo Friday, Oct. 15 through Sunday, Oct. 17 for our in-person convention, where we will hand out awards, talk journalism and enjoy good food and fellowship. We’ll gather at Fort Concho on Friday night with a campfire cookout. On Saturday morning we’ll have panels at the San Angelo Convention Center, an awards luncheon at noon at the famous Miss Hattie’s Restaurant downtown and our big awards presentation and silent and live auction presentations that evening at the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts overlooking the Concho River. We’ll wrap up with more panels on Sunday morning, the AP report and a final awards presentation. The host hotel is the Red Lion, where we’ve obtained an affordable $79 room rate. Stay tuned for more details.

Make your reservations now by calling 325-658-2828; ask for the APME convention rate of $79 per night.
